Flavor was good and gave me the boost I needed, but the original never seems to dissolve properly. Always tasted gritty, even if mixed the day before.

actually prefer this flavor compared to normal. works great, like all c4, consume one scoop in 8oz and in under 30 minutes, wait 30 minutes for it to kick in, then go to town! does wonders.

I've tried various C4 products and I always go back to the original. Yes, you may experience some jitters but if you time it to when you start your workout you won't notice it much. Once you start lifting or running it goes away, at least for me. I've never had any stomach issues with this product. It mixes very well and doesn't have any grittiness like some products. It couldn't be any easier to use. Whenever I'm not feeling super motivated to workout I grab this and it gets me going.

I enjoy this product and so does my girlfriend. When I first gave it to my her, she had no clue it was one of my supplements bcz of how awesome it tastes. Now, I can’t get her to stop drinking it lol. Has an amazing taste that doesn’t even taste like any sort of supplement. Tastes like strawberry lemonade 🍋. I drink this first thing in the morning and I do feel the difference in how it energizes me and I think a bit clearer as well. This is shocking bcz I do suffer from brain fog so this is an amazing plus..especially to ditch coffee and just go wihh to this water based drink. Nice for the summer especially, as it’s a light beverage but I drink this all year around. I add a splash of lemon and it taste a little tropical (especially when ice cold). Very versatile product that is easy and effortless to consume bcz it’s tasty and doesn’t have the “healthy/nasty” taste associated with it. This is the first pre-workout I’ve ever tried! I have the blue razz flavor, and it tastes terrific!! It’s sweet, almost like candy. However, there’s a decent bit of chalkiness to this formula. It’s like it never fully dissolves or mixes, no matter how much you shake it up. C4 is very affordable compared to Ghost’s pre-workout (which I’m dying to try), so I can get past the chalkiness for the price tag, but it’s definitely a little off-putting. I found I had mild jitters my first day using this, but after my second day & so on, I was fine. It absolutely helps me focus during my workouts and gives me so much more stamina… it’s very noticeable the difference this has made in my workout performance. So for that, this is a great beginners pre-workout!! I do recommend it. It gets the job done & has a great flavor! I have read from in-depth online reviews that C4 has 100mg less caffeine than Ghost’s pre-workout, & C4 is supposedly not fully transparent about all of their ingredients. In addition, I do wish they could improve the formula to get rid of the chalky texture, so for that I’m giving them 3 stars.
