My niece in Raleigh broke her foot….she needed a pick me up…a bouquet of flowers with plenty of purple….she loved them and sent me a pic of the bouquet over a week later…still beautiful…. My niece just sent me another picture… two weeks and still beautiful

The company had an issue getting the order of flowers to the recipient on time. They made it right by refunding the purchase.. I’ve ordered flowers from this company before they’re beautiful and they smell wonderful!

These were a gift to a good friend and she absolutely loved them. She sent me a picture as soon as she put them in a vase. A week later she sent me another picture of them and only about 2 flowers were missing and the bouquet looked as good as the first picture.

Wanted to try these out before I purchased others for my mom. They came when they said they would come. They’re easy to take out of the box to put together. And they lasted a surprisingly long time. They were beautiful.

The bouquet was great! I ordered as a birthday gift. Would have given 5-stars but ...The UPS delivery, however was the exact opposite of what the Amazon seller wrote on the address label: To go to the door and ring the doorbell for in-person delivery. Instead, they left it at the end of the long driveway and put it into a fire ant pile. Thanks. Thankfully, I had given the recipient a heads up and they knew to look for it, picked off the ants. These people are older. This then, ticked me off. When the recipients told me, I recalled we'd had this problem last year. Maybe the UPS truck driver feared he couldn't turn the truck around or didn't want to. Meanwhile, almost everyone with some sort of driveway and property like that also has a huge or some other sizable vehicle and likes to have a turn around space for themself, which these recipients do. Great bouquet, not great delivery.

Beautiful bouquet - very longlasting

JAN/FEB 26. I have ordered BM Bouquets for years -- for our house, for my mother, father, special occasions, etc. I knew from years of experience that the quality would be good, particularly if the flowers are delivered to someone else sight-unseen by me. The past several orders, however, have been a different story. I ordered flowers from BM for my mother's birthday and they were never delivered. Her birthday came and went with no indication of cancellation or delay. No response when I attempted to contact CS. The most recent order was flowers for the house for about 40$. The 10$ bouquet from the local grocery story was larger and more healthy. I don't know what's going on with this company but be warned.

My friend who I sent them to says they are more beautiful and long lasting than the expensive flowers she received from the florist
