When I opened the box I was in awe over the beauty of my new phone. I've just about completed redecorating my apartment into my own private Victorian home. When I saw this phone I fell in love with it and the push button dialing is wonderful. I called it from my cell and it's the perfect volume for me. Landline phone came with a internet/tv package promotion. When my cell bit the dust I relied on the home phone but mine is a cheap dollar store phone which I hid behind my lamp because it didn't look good with my Victorian look. But the ringer was so low I hardly heard it. Now I have a better one and it looks amazing. When it rings the small screen lights up so you can see caller ID. Has all the awesome functions of a regular phone. Price was perfect for my budget. I have wanted this style phone for a while but other sites wanted way over my budget. When Amazon sent the delivered update I ran to grab it. Thank you :) BTW for a note of advice. I have a modem where the landline connects into to work. Wall connections didn't have a dial tone. My sister told me to connect it to the back of the modem and wow it worked!!

This phone is absolutely perfect and matched my Victorian themed Decor! I love it so much and great as a present to myself. I couldn't ask for anything more. The only downside is its a little wobbly on the handle. The screw that connects it seem short and makes it unstable. Not enough to make me dislike it. I will really take care of this item so beautiful!

This phone is pretty, but that's all it has to offer. I couldn't test it because the included screw for attaching the handset to the cradle was way too short and so, the phone could not be used. I returned it. I wouldn't order it again. I sure wish I did not donate my French Phone from the '80s years ago. I didn't think I'd ever go back to using a home phone. I was wrong. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Colour me extremely disappointed. I'm going back to my pack rat days. They served me much better. But, don't buy this phone if you're looking for quality & use ability.
