Hamilton Extra Heavy Poly Rope Lead with Bull Snap, Red Confetti Weave, 5/8" Thick x 10' Long

Very very small rope used, it’s fine for a well trained horse I imagine but it would be better suited for a dog lead.

I love these ropes for using worth cross tie hardware. They have just enough slip to loosen tension (or allow me to increase)

Nothing fancy. I like the color and length. Nice lead rope.

I bought this one because of the snap, I like the length. I haven't used it yet, but, I hope it stays Strong. Looks nice in black, and Price is much better than mustang, or Tough1.I hope HAMILTON will make Rope Halters this good for US non Trainers that DYI our own Horse care.The Pricey stuff doesn't make sense.

Nice lead rope. However I ordered it because I though it had chrome colored hardware because I wanted it to match my red haute horse brown fall leaves halter that has chrome hardware. But it’s brass and doesn’t match . But I don’t feeel like returning it so yeah it’s just not going to match . First world problems I know.

Used breaking full grown mare to lead.She pulled extremely hard on it.Held up well,didn't break or fray.

You'll never find a dog leash longer than 6' - this Lead/Leash was 10" with a thick (1") round soft rope. This allows him to move ahead on our walks/runs. The Bull snap was hard to get use to, but is substantial and made of brass.

I needed a heavy rope, unfortunately this is nylon and sticks to the velcro on my jacket, could have been a disaster when my shire horse spooked and ran around me. The rope got so caught around my body it took a friend a few minutes to release me, if she had bolted I probably wouldn't have survived.

I bought this lead for my adorable mini (as she’s seen in the photos) and it’s the quality I’ve come to expect from Hamilton and other such brands. Great price and was shipped very quickly, and it only took about a week to get to me in Canada. The rope is a very soft nylon which I love in lead ropes and has a very sturdy pull clasp, which makes for less finger-pinching for the clumsy farmer. The one thing I don’t love is that after a few years of use these ropes do splinter apart, but you’ll experience that with any rope. All in all, these ropes are very durable and definitely worth what little money you pay for them.

Quality has been great! Colour was wrong but not the end of the world :)
