We are new to the game and one advanced player who is the organizer for our league suggested this paddle. It is well made and the shape is also good for someone new to the game. I see most players playing with this shape however. Looks good, light weight, sturdy, good grip. No issues.

This was our first pickleball paddle as we are totally new to this. It was a great paddle for a newbie. The handle is a little shorter than my husband would have liked but the design and weight are great. This paddle is a great value, but now we need another heavier paddle since my husband is playing with advanced players now. I didn't expect to have to replace this paddle so soon. It will still make a great spare paddle.
