Does this work with Nintendo Switch?

Hi! The TP-Link UE306 supports Nintendo Switch compatibility.

I hear this can be used to speed up streaming on your tv? Anyone use it this way and can it be used on a switch?

This is a gigabit network adapter. If your TV firmware and connections recognize the device you may be able to plug this into a USB port on the TV and connect an ethernet cable for streaming. Having said that, you don't need a gigabit for a good streaming experience. Around 25 Mbps is solid for any streaming service for up to 4K. In general, 15 Mbps provides a good streaming experience. To the question of plugging into a switch: If you are talking about a Nintendo Switch , then yes (if supported by Nintendo) -- if a network switch, then no.

Will this work on a kindle fire 10 tablet? i have a 2019 kindle fire tablet with a usb-c connector.

Someone wrote it's a not a USB-C connector but when you click the question I don't see that awful incorrect answer. It's 100% USB-C, I'm trying to find the speed rating of the USB-C, seems to be the gen 1 USB 3.0 (which slow even though it's Since you asked a year ago I'm sure you worked it out, but this can help the next person. So best way is to buy one for the Kindle Fire 10, as in, don't search for just any USB-C to Ethernet device and TP-Link is good enough search for Kindle Fire Network adapters or use Ethernet instead of Network. Can i use the tp-link usb c to ethernet adapter, to give a router internet from smartphone hotspot?
