I got this item 5 days ago and have started using it immediately. The box looks nice, the item looks nice, both looked like made of quality materials. The item arrived on time also. Since I have just purchased it, I couldn’t say anything about whether it would work or not but I will update it after using it for 3 months. I’ve been using the helmet for just 2 weeks and I noticed that it has significantly reduced hair loss for myself and my wife. I wanted to say that this is an amazing product. Even without experiencing any hair growth, I would say it’s a success because you’re not losing hair anymore. Otherwise you would be bald in the future. I would update again when I first noticed the hair growth and if the shampoo and conditioner were helping also, I would strongly recommend the helmet users to use shampoo and conditioner together with the helmet to get the faster and best results. Update on shampoo and conditioner: Excellent products in terms of smell and effectiveness. I have used them for only a week and I’m loving them. You need to follow the instructions strictly or they won’t be as effective as they are supposed to be and you will get disappointed and write a bad review which would not be fair to the seller. Up to date I’m experiencing good results and I’m confident that my hair will grow back to the normal look that I desired. Btw I recommended my sister in law a year ago to use iRestore and her bald spot at the top of her head has hairs growing and she couldn’t thank me enough. Will keep on updating.

So far it's easy to use and everything is functional. Having the extra battery pack makes it much more convenient to use. I like the very detailed instructions that list expectations and how to contact the company for information, which I have done for the fit of the helmet.

Is it working? Hard to answer that question. I am still losing my hair in the front, it's genetic in my family. Maybe it's slowing down, maybe other products that I use slowing down my hair loss. I spent so much money on this product and am not amazed. Honestly, I think I should just save a little more money to go to Turkey and fix my hairline. Probably that's how my story will end with trying all those “snake” oils etc. I can’t return it (past the return window). So I will continue to use it. It makes my hair warm so definitely stimulates something. If you decide to buy it make sure you buy it with a battery. Being grounded on a chair for 25 min is not convenient. Do yourself a favor and buy with a battery. Before you buy please try to research why you are losing your hair. I suggest to see a dermatologist. Sometimes could be shampoo, stress, vitamin inefficient, genetics, or quick weight loss. Maybe you tried some new “snake” great shampoo that should make your hair amazing but works the opposite way and causes loss of hair. If you decide to give it a try. Make sure you put in your calendar the last date of the return window. Update 3 July 2024: I change it to 5 stars because of great costumer service. I will try another few months and post updates.

Initially got the one without the battery and found it a bit limiting in that i gad to stay within cords length for 30 min at time and keep pretty good posture. Then I returned and got the battery pack which is better cause I can move around more. I have to be sure to keep good posture cause it may slip off my head. I'll probably need to get bigger pads to see if that helps. Otherwise, I like this more than the non helmet lights because I feel I get much better and comprehensive head/hair coverage. Relatively intuitive to use. Plug in, press power, then play.

First, let me start off by saying that I am in my 60's, and have been using biotin shampoos and taking collagen peptides for about a year now. I recently noticed more shedding than normal so decided to try red light therapy for hair growth. I have used cap for two weeks now (7 times) and just this morning, I was running my fingers through my hair and felt peach fuzz (small hairs growing)! I am not sure if it is just a coincidence (since I have been using biotin and collagen products for awhile) but sure is interesting that this is the first time I have noticed any growth since using red light therapy! I am looking forward to no more "comb overs"! This is the first time I have been really excited about a certain product!

I tried shampoos and serums but they take months before you see any results and one day after I got out of the shower I couldn’t believe the amount of hair I found in the drain. I was nervous, especially after consulting with my doctor who couldn’t explain why this was happening based on my lab results. He referred me to a dermatologist and as I anxiously awaited the appointment, I saw this product. It got some pretty good reviews and It was quicker and easier to order this than go the medical route - who knows what that would’ve entailed and how much it could end up costing! I was so excited when it arrived that I cancelled the appointment. It’s very light and comfortable to wear, couldn’t be easier to use and since I ordered the battery pack, I could move about freely. What a horrible disappointment! I never saw any improvement. I convinced myself that if I used it long enough I’d eventually notice a difference. I told myself that maybe it was preventing further hair loss. I just could not admit to myself that this very expensive item didn’t work. I have less hair now than when I started so I’m back on the shampoos and serums as I await my appointment with the dermatologist.

I am happy with product. The fit is good and covers key areas. The battery pack is the BEST option. It frees me up to move about so I can still get things done during the treatment. I’m hoping this works!!

I have been wanting to try this machine since I've seen it reviewed on youtube but the price and skepticism held me back. Thank goodness for the money back guarantee and holiday sale!! I have been using the system for only a month now but I do see some improvement. I didn't experience much shedding as claimed which is good. I hope this continues until the 6th month. Will update.
