will this work in a 55inch phillips smart tv?

Not sure. I used it for the screen in a Chevy Tahoe.

Will this work for a 2007 Mazda CX-9 dvd screen?

I think so. These are generic ribbons that work for the connection between the circuit pad and the screen. Not car specific.

For those that used this to replace their screen cable in their vehicles - how long did this last before it broke again?

Its been months since I replaced mine and no issues. They are better quality than OEM. I also reinforced mine where the crease in the case with duct tape. You could also use shrink wrap but I didn't have any on hand and we were going on a family trip.

Do you sell the clips for the ribbon?

Sorry, there are no clips for the ribbon in our store.
