Only lasted 2.5 years then the motor seized. Used once a week only on very small lawn.

منتج ممتاز وسهل التركيب ولكن لو كان لا سلكي كان افضل بسبب انني لم انتبه اثناء قص الانجيله بوجود سلك اسفل الجهاز وقطعت السلك وذهبت لكهربائي لاصلاح العطل واصلحته والله الحمد الملاحظه منتج ممتاز ولكنه واجب انتبهاه من سك موصل للكهرباء لا يقرب منه اسفل جهاز جزازة العشب انصح بالمنتج

Awesome. A fabulous mower. 1800w of power made short work of 5 to 6 inches of wet grass covered in leaves. Yeah ! Mower 1 : Nature 0. My last mower would have struggles to get 10 feet through this. This B&D 1800w machine with 42cm blade didn't even pause for breath. From the box to the garden in about 15 minutes. All very straight forward to put together - though the grass catcher was slightly fiddly, I wasn't a problem. The large grass catcher worked a treat. Loads of height settings and very east to use. I highly recommend this mower.

Worst garden tool/equipment I've ever bought - and I've bought many over the last 30 years! It's the manufacture quality (or lack of it) that ruins this mower. Its made of such lightweight plastic that it literally falls apart! Also terrible customer service. The issues: - first, the plastic on one end of the roller spindle broke - annoying, but I was able to fix it myself with 2 screws and some glue - then a wheel fell off (the cap that secures it in place was poorly made and it wasn't tight enough). It was now damaged but I managed to repair it a little. But the wheel was wobbly after that... - final straw was an intermittent fault meant that the motor didn't always cut out when the safety handle/button was released. This is EXTREMELY dangerous of course but because the mower was 1 month past its warrant Black & Decker weren't interested in assisting or even taking away the mower for investigation. I was annoyed that they wouldn't replace the mower just 1 month over warranty with such a fault but those are the rules. What I couldn't believe was that such a dangerous issue wasn't a huge cause for concern for them. Bad product and Black & Decker customer services wasn't interested.
