Great product. They're exactly as described. I've purchased bands before that were so thin they actually ripped and snapped within a few uses. These are thicker and I doubt that could happen unless they're pierced somehow. They are the perfect length, have a great carrying bag, and would definitely recommend to family and friends.There's a video I watched recently from Kelly Starrett that recommended you wrap these around the bottom and top of your knees. Then when you squat, or straighten your shins while holding onto something and squat, the bands compressing against your tendons, muscles, etc lengthen and help alleviate discomfort and pain you might have. I tested this the day they showed up and I really think it helped for every day movements or while at the gym. I'll even do a few sets while watching TV.Hope anyone else with similar discomfort get the same response. After you feel better, my advice is to then be sure to keep yourself hydrated and stretch often.

I was a little skeptical of the muscle floss concept that Kelly Sterratt advocates but decided to try it out. These bands are cheaper than the Voodoo Floss so I decided these would be the best way to dip my toe in the water.After 3 weeks of use I am a convert. The bands work wonders for recovery and treat soreness exceptionally well. I had a left hip flexor and right calf that were giving me some aching and pain- a few sessions with these bands and they both feel much much. i think using the bands, even for none sore areas, has sped up my recovery time quite a bit.Bottom line- they work and the price is right.
