KT Tape, Pro Synthetic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strip

OK, I am going to preface this first by saying that you probably should not run on serious injuries and always listen to your body, be conservative. With that said I did train and run a marathon with a bit of shin splints (still being conservative for my experience in running). I used the KT tape on my shins and it relieved the pain! you also should look up YouTube videos how to properly apply the tape, and once you do, this stuff is incredible and I do believe actually works. Essentially it is lifting the skin barrier to allow more blood flow to the site. I don’t think it lasts the 3 to 5 days that it says, especially if you are being active, taking showers or it is rubbing against socks or something like that. I changed the tape probably every other day, which I am fine with given how well it works. It’s not going to heal your injuries, but I do believe it makes it manageable! I am a KT tape user for life!

Good Deal. Stuff works to take the pressure off your muscles. It won't do it 100% but a lot. With other therapy, works 100%.

KT Tape is an amazing product for pain, muscle soreness, and overall flexibility. I recommend that users read the instructions on application carefully, as the tape isn’t easy to peel and can bunch up quickly (resulting in a ruined strip). Lastly, the company states that the tape can last up to 7 days and through showers/perspiration, however the reality is that the tape lasts a maximum of 3 days, and always has for me.

Great fit and easy to use. It does not slide around when playing basketball and sweating.

This tape is giving me some relief with a sore knee I've been struggling with. I knocked off a star because I wish it lasted through at least one shower but it doesn't - it peels right off as soon as it gets wet and it's expensive. I have to reapply every day but I do cut them in half so they last longer.

I love it! I have had a torn meniscus, so my knee is weak and hurts to walk but I put it on as directed by my Chiropractor and I can walk several miles a day now.

I use this tape every time I play pickleball. It holds my patella tendon in place and reduces pain and allows me to play for 2 hours. I also use it when on a 3-4 hour bike ride to help with the knee pain. The PRO version will last 2 days of use, and it adheres well through showers. I cut the 10" strips in half to use a 5" strips on each knee which fits perfect. Good for "runners knee" problems on the patella tendon.

I have been using many tapes, but this is the BEST I ever had, so its worth the higher price. If you tape it over a tape it still sticks, lasting for long and stays in tact during swimming or in the shower. Plus for some tapes I have allergy to the glue, with this I had no problem. Awesome product!
