What is the best way to clean off the old data?

A dry eraser does the trick. If something's been written on the calendar for a while, a little heavier hand with the eraser will do. Cleans up nicely.

Approximately 4-3/8 inch wide by 3-5/16 inches in length. Each square contains a small one-inch box in the upper left corner for the date and 5 equally distanced spaces that act as lines in the square for writing.
