Sizing is off, I wear an 8 and had to return and get a 7. The shoes came packaged differently, the 8 was all wrapped up nicely and the 7 was just checked in the box. I’m assuming the size 7 is a return. Overall, the shoe fits fine once you get the correct size for your foot. They are comfortable and I like their appearance.

Got these shoes for a music festival outfit. I took them straight from the packaging and put them on my feet for 2 straight days of walking around. Not a single sore spot or blister on my feet. I don’t know how long they will last for with a lot of wear and tear but for the price and how cute they are, I was extremely happy with this purchase.

I'm usually between an 8 and 8.5, so I ordered an 8. You can see in the photo that it's far too large. I'd probably need to go at least a full size down, if not more. Quality also seemed a bit stiff and cheap, so you definitely get what you pay for with these. Also, several reviews suggest there's good arch support and cushioning. No idea what they're talking about. They're not uncomfortable, but there is no support at all as the soles are completely flat, and the padding is paper thin (which is fine for me, that's what I wanted and expected).

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Omg I have been looking for Gladiator Sandals because I lost 73 pounds and my feet shrunk so my others were brand new but too big. I was disappointed until I came across these. They are perfect! They fit true to size and are so much more comfortable than the ones I had before (which retail at $50 a piece) due to the padding. I got the dark brown and black! If you’re looking for some nice sandals with zippers on the back to keep your feet from slipping, these are the ones for you! I typically don’t leave reviews but I was so thrilled with this order and the delivery I thought I’d share my thoughts. Pic is for reference! Cute, dressy or casual sandals. For the most part they are comfy. Straps are adjustable, they were tight fitting and hard to zipper initially but after adjusting they fit snug. I expect them to stretch some after wear and fit a little more loosely. I would NOT recommend these if you have wide feet or ankles (the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). I range from size 7 to 8 depending on the make, normal width. I ordered a 7 and they fit perfect. Overall, great value!

I purchased them in May 2025 (winter in Australia) and only started wearing them in December.took them out the packaging in December. They have been worn fewer than 10 times in total. On my way to the office — literally a 5-minute walk — the soles began to melt and deteriorate, as shown in the attached photos. For a product at this price point, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. Shoes should not disintegrate after minimal wear under normal walking conditions. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect or poor-quality materials. I expect either a full refund or a replacement pair to be considered immediately. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
