Quality and function
i was advised to use small trimming scissors to trim leaves off my plants, these are great for that trimming. I was told to also place the scissors in alcohol between different plants to prevent cross contamination. For the price these scissors are a great buy. Follow-up: Finger holes on scissors are very small and more for a woman or child's hand, when using them they kept falling off the tips of my larger fingers.

Very sharp and pointy!
Good deal, but beware they are extremely sharp and pointy! They are pretty small which can be a little difficult to handle, specially if you have large or shaky hands.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These were a good price and turned out to be good quality and sharp.

Pointy
Point is a bit sharp for nose, but the cutting ability is good. They seem to be a bit cheaply made and finger holes starting. Hard to handle.

Ok, but not quite what I needed
These came up when I was searching for embroidery scissors, and while they work fine for trimming eyebrows, or cutting thread, they struggle to cut cotton yarn. The size is great for packing for travel or in a small notions tin, but they are a bit stiff to open and made my thumb sore very quickly.

Nothing but trash
I'm baffled by the positive reviews. The scissors I received are a total bust. They are difficult to operate and extremely dull. Instead of cutting my hair, they grab onto it like pliers. They hardly cut at all. I can even run my finger along the blade without the least danger of being cut. Also, while they are steel, they don't appear to be stainless. Not only do they not have a typical color of stainless steel, but they are too magnetic. They're a good size, but that's about it.
