Great all-in1 Supplement .
This is Fertil Plus 30 from Orthomol. It is a supplement to support male fertility prior to conception. Orthomol is great brand from Germany that produces high quality vitamins. This one is no exception. While this is geared towards fertility, any man can use it. The box has 3o invidual packages that each contain 3 tablets and a capsule. The tablets are all pretty small. The capsule is an omega oils capsule but is smaller than most of those large fish oil tablets you normally take. The ingredients are all high quality. The packets are small and you can take them with you wherever you go. The product is a bit expensive, but you get German quality aand easy to carry prepackaged vitamins. We recommend!

Like this idea, but be cautious with the expiration date
Good idea, great execution, poor expiration date. Men, if you're attempting to work your maximum fertility around your partner's fertility period, you might find these packages expire sooner than you can get around to using then. These arrived for me with an expiration of 9/12/2024. That's not very far away from this review's date. If both you and your partner need to get into the same groove at the same time, these might expire before you get there. Because this box holds a 30 day supply, you'll want to begin using this box 30 days before her ovulation period peaks. That either means buying multiple boxes of these and keeping them on hand for continual use or you have to try and plan taking of these in concert with her cycle. As I said above, that could mean these pill packs expire before you can get this arranged. However, that each of these pill packs is individually sealed is a great option. You can easily grab a pack and go. No fumbling around with multiple pills and containers. There are 4 pills in each package. The first is a dark grey capsule containing fish oil. The two green larger tablets are L-Carnitine tablets. The smaller pink-ish pill contains vitamins. See the Supplement Facts image for more details on the break down of all vitamins included. The label states that the package contains Bovine Gelatin, meaning that these packets of pills is not vegan or vegetarian friendly. It also contains fish in the fish oil. So, again, not vegan or vegetarian friendly. Overall, 4 stars because this is a great idea that is well executed. However, 1 star removed because the date on these packets is too short, is not vegan or vegetarian friendly and this box costs almost $68. No one should feel under pressure to use these up when attempting to create maximum fertility between two people, especially at this price.

Quality Ingredients
The tablets were all small and easy to take, even for someone who isn't a huge fan of pills. The formula includes key vitamins and minerals like Zinc and Selenium, which are known to support sperm health. It felt good knowing I was putting good stuff into my body with this German brand known for quality. Overall, I felt like Orthomol Fertil Plus 30 is a great way to support my health during this important time. It's a bit of an investment, but gives the best chance at a healthy pregnancy.

pricey, but made in germany and you can't put a price on hope
for people trying for a baby, everything is expensive. so while this set is expensive, it isn't much compared to all the other stuff you may end up trying, so why not try. i trust things made in germany [possibly more than the us] so at least i feel it's safe to consume. consistency is key here.

Good initial impression; disappointed in the ingredients
This comes in a box that contains 30 pouches, each containing three tablets and one capsule. If used as directed the box will last one month. The expiration date on mine is "9.12.2024" - I'm not sure if they put the month or day first, so it's either Sep or Dec of this year (either almost five or eight months from now). The tablets/capsule have a slight scent with a stronger taste. The aftertaste lasts for no more than a few minutes and it's not bad. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says none of those and it's a product of Germany (which I'm ok with). The product page says non-GMO. I have come across a surprising number of shady supplement companies lately. One thing to keep in mind is that having a company and product you can confirm and verify has a value. According to this company's wuensche site (go to .us or you'll have to have it translated) they have been in business around 80 years and are quite large. And if you go to their /contact page there is a working phone number. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I was looking for a good multivitamin and this type of product has some quality ones. I grabbed this quickly when I saw a few things I liked and was surprised when I took a closer look. For something being promoted as a fertility supplement, and especially at this steep price, I am surprised at the synthetic vitamins (ie, pyridoxine HCL instead of P5P), "common" versions of vitamins (ascorbic acid, hopefully not the GMO kind) instead of more potent ones, and the biggest conglomeration of Other ingredients I've ever seen in a supplement (multiple sweeteners (why?), talc, corn starch (hopefully not GMO), silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate, to name a few). Had I looked more closely in the first place I would have passed on this. I got another fertility mix recently with slightly better ingredients that costs about 30% less. But in considering for yourself, remember there is value in an established company. Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.
