Women's Hiking Pants Quick Dry Lightweight Water Resistant Elastic Waist Cargo Pants for All Seasons

I had first order this brand in a plus size. I returned them because the 1X was too big. I am 6'3" and 160 lbs. The XL I received today fits perfectly. I love the fabric. It's very light. Wrinkles when I took it out of the package were minimal. A quick toss in the dryer with a damp towel worked well. My reason for ordering was for travel and particularly comfort on flights. The zippered pockets for passport, credit cards and cash make access easy with no worries about losing them to theft while traveling. I will order another pair in a different color. As much as I love LL Bean products, these at less than than half the price are just fine. I am a "mature" gal and these pants look smart.

I bought three pairs and wore them everyday for a trip on the Amazon River. They are stylish, lightweight, breathable and comfortable. I was rained on a lot and these dried very quickly. I tried to spray them with permethrin to insect-proof them but, because they are water-resistant, it just flowed off the pants. They cinch at the ankles to prevent creeping bugs from getting up your legs on a jungle walk. They have tons of pockets. I strongly recommend them.

I already have these pants in the dark grey and love them. Got them almost two years ago and have worn them year round hiking except in hottest summer. Great deep zipper pockets safe enough for phone and safely holding keys without them falling out on the trail. The regular length is perfect for me (5'5") and the XL fits my bigger midsection and thinner legs, with the baggier legs maybe not the most flattering but great for hiking. They've held up well and are so comfy they've become my favorite errands and around town pants too (in Colorado where outdoor gear is everyday). They are 5 star so I wanted another pair. I liked the navy blue as it appears in the image here, but they arrived as true deep very dark navy vs the lighter dark blue advertised (3 star). I have a sheddy dog with a light colored coat and avoid black and colors close to black since they're just dog hair magnets. Reading the reviews it sounds like the blue color is luck of the draw with different dye lots? I'm ordering a replacement pair to see if I get the right color. Also trying the other pool and army green color to see how they look in person. Bottom line: fantastic hiking, travel, and casual pants (dark grey) but navy color in picture doesn't match what I got in the 29" length.

I ordered the caramel color baleaf pants in size M with 27" inseam. I'm 5' even, 135 pounds, most of my pants are medium or size 8 and my legs are chunky. Inseam was PERFECT but I really like the pull cord at the ankle so that if I'm barefoot I can make sure I do not step on the pants. Pockets are huge (every one is big enough for my passport AND my huge Android phone), fabric is soft, as someone else mentioned "no swishy noise" - these are silent. These feel like I could go down a size, but I intend to wear these while traveling and I want to leave space to put wallet/phone/passport in the pockets. For the plane ride, I had headphones, hard candy, wallet, passport, tissues, chapstick and a pen with plenty of room if I needed to add anything else. These are roomy enough that I could easily wear an underlayer with room to spare. If you are on the fence, I would size down because these are VERY roomy. I wore them for a trip and was SO excited to have secure pockets, super light-weight for the hot climate I was in, extremely comfortable on a plane ride. I found the other reviews with photos to be super helpful so I wanted to post mine too.

These pants are lightweight and perfect for backpacking trips. Amazon suggested a small for me, but xs ended up fitting perfectly. The small was "fine" bc of the drawstrings, but if I put my phone in my pocket, they were no longer fine.. I am 5'5, 120 pounds, to give you reference for the xs. They were not too small, despite the size chart listed. The zippers are super nice, as they lay flat up against your thighs. I love the material, as it is thin and quick dry. Def recommend, but size down.

I love these pants, hence they get 3 stars - The issue is not with the item itself, BUT trying to get them in the size you order seems to be a BIG issue for this company. Twice now in just one month, they have shipped me the wrong size item. The outside white plastic bag they come in says "Medium" (that is what I ordered) but inside the bag, the pants themselves are "Small". One time is a "whoopsie" - but now this has happened to me twice in one month - that's clearly a quality control issue by the company. Somebody is stuffing the wrong size pants in the wrong bags. The pants themselves are great. I would live in them 7 days a week. So comfortable to wear, great pockets and they wash up wonderfully. You'll love them...that is, "IF" you can get them to ship you the correct size that you order.

So far I’ve been very pleased with all the baleaf products I’ve purchased, including these pants. I love that they offer shorter inseams for us short ladies! The waistband is very stretchy and accommodates my thicker waist. The pant material is pretty thin, and will be perfect for warmer days, but I wouldn’t recommend for being outside on colder, winter days. These pants are very soft and comfortable, perfect for navigating groomed trails. If you spend time on ungroomed paths, these may not hold up well to walking through brush and rough terrain, though. They’ll be perfect for my local CO hikes and mountaintop adventures!

Wore these during my hike to the ‘Subway’ in Zion. Walking in a creek, scrambling over boulders, and sliding down huge rocks they held up and dried quickly! Very comfortable…

Bought them for a hike day as we had some rain showers in the forecast and I wanted something with quick dry feature and couple of pockets. These are exactly as described. Great length, relaxed fit, good material of pants. I loved it. I now wear it on days I play racquet sports. Very easy to shift and move in them.
