Really good, the sauna suit is thick and it looks strong.

Warning: the first time I wore this vest for my 5km run I sweated buckets, this resulted in me becoming dehydrated and I found my run much harder than without the vest. Make sure you drink lots before excercising in the vest. So as you can tell this Vest Works. It makes you sweat exactly as advertised. I am not going to lay claim to any science behind this but their are plenty of articles online for you to research and you can make up your own mind. My personal view is it makes your excercise harder and thus improves your fitness. If you are fitter you can run harder and longer and will consequently lose more weight. I am a 180cm 85 kg man, and I followed the advice from the reviews and bought a size up. It feelsls a touch big, but trust me when you are sweaty this vest is hard to get off. TIP: pull from the bottom front to pull it up over your head turning the vest inside out. Wash the vest first, I wore white shorts and the dye from the vest ran I to my shorts. (It did wash out).

I must say at first I was hesitant about the product as its not something I would use normally and due to pandemic I really needed to also try something new that would help me. Purchasing this product has really been worth it. I like the fit even though I wish it was a little tighter as a Large because if I took the medium it might not fit. Generally I am impressed with the product and will definitely visit the store again at a later time.

If your looking for a straight jacket get one of these otherwise this product was nearly impossible to get off required zip front . Not fore me

Really works and making you sweat which should in turn help with weight loss if your following a training plan and eating properly. I wear a 10kg weighted vest when i run so put this sauna top on underneath and instantly felt the sweat build up Not the easiest to get off but no more so that a compression top, definitely buy a size up though which i did following other peoples advice

This vest does make you really sweat! I chose the small size, I'm a 30" waist and 36" chest. The fit around the chest is perfect but around my waist it isn't as snug, it's a little loose. However, this vest as I said makes you sweat and does support the back really well

Il materiale è piuttosto pesante, elastico e confortevole (ricorda molto le mute da sub) e fa davvero egregiamente quello che promette: bastano pochi minuti di attività fisica per iniziare a sudare in modi davvero considerevole. Voilà un débardeur de sudation fin et efficace. il ne gène pas les mouvements et permet une mise en transpiration rapidement. pas d'odeur particulière. utilisé depuis 5 jours, pas encore lavé à la main mais il a l'air solide.

Ce t-shirt de sudation est extra car il permet tant de maintenir le ventre qui dans mon cas pousse en avant et tord le dos que de transpirer. En plus d'un bon maintien du ventre, ce t-shirt est très confortable et est effectivement chaud, ce qui fait l'on transpire très vite à l'effort en gardant la chaleur produite par les muscles près du corps. Je conseille ce t-shirt de sudation tant hors exercice (pour maintien / correction de posture) que pendant pour perdre un maximum d'eau et brûler plus de graisses. Le lavage est simple, je le conseille à la main pour une meilleure tenue dans le temps. Tout est parfaitement bien cousu, l'ensemble est très solide, c'est un bon produit qui, même s'il ne paye pas de mine, va beaucoup vous aider dans votre perte de poids.
