I replaced my leaking M311‑M1 heater pressure relief valve with this model, and I wish I had done it sooner. I spent days trying to fix the old valve before finally giving up and swapping it out. The replacement was incredibly easy and only cost me about $40. It solved the problem immediately. I definitely should have replaced it from the start instead of wasting time trying to repair the old one.

Watts Regulator 0342692 Boiler Relief Valve Installation
This regulator was easy to install and worked well. It started a a slow drip at first when the boiler heated up, but stopped (re-seated internally) when I opened and closed the silver valve at the top.
