Looks and works Great on the boat
Very easy to install. Comes with everything necessary to complete a nice looking, sound mount.

Excellent product, exactly what I was looking for.
Very Solid, nice tight fitting waterproof cap. This handles 70 amps and many trolling motors draw 50. No need to mess around buying a cheap lighter weight plug that needs replaced after a year. This is the one to get. Looks like it’s built to last.

Adapted for 8hp outboard starting/charging circuit
I was looking for High Current load thru-hull connection for 8hp outboard starter/charging cable. Installed socket on transom of sailboat and plug on the motor. Note- socket is not water leak sealed by a boot behind the socket body, which I would prefer. Something for them to consider which I will solve in next few months. Needs two people to install it easily, one on each side of hull.

Works as it should
The flat spots on the threads that help hold its orientation could use some beefing up. It turns while trying to tighten the plastic locking but. Other than that it works good.

Easy to install, East to Use and Heavy Duty
This recepticale is very heavy duty and just what I needed for the heavy amp draw of my trolling motor (mine is used in extreme tidal current situations and tends to use max power to hold anchor mode / spot lock). Super easy to install (makes sure to use a mask when drilling through fiber glass!). Long leads to attach to and I had no issues w/ the locking nut, as others mentioned. It provided an extreme tight and snug hold.

Very good plug but it's big
Plug is bigger than you think so make sure you've got room but it works very well. Seems like it should be very durable

This is a great plug/receptacle. I little expensive in my mind, however it is very good quality and easy to wire. It works great with my 24V Motorguide. **Note** It DOES fit 6AWG wire without any issues
