This product is natural and works exactly as described. I use it as a pre-workout and it also helps with recovery. It tastes like beets and that's not my favorite taste in the whole world, but I still love the product because it is a natural performance enhancer with no side effects. Only two ingredients: concentrated beet juice and lemon juice. I put it in a shake I don't feel like taking it as a shot.

We buy Beet IT for our son who swims, he's 15 and swims 3 1/2 hours a day 6 days a week. He only drinks it for meets (once a month) and has swum some of his best times when using it. His only complaint is it taste like dirt but he just chugs it and is good to go.

The first time I drank it I felt a boost of endurance, but after the 2nd and 3rd I felt normal except for not being able to sleep. It tastes horrible but if you drink it quickly you will be fine. FYI don't be alarmed if you have red or beeturia, I was a bit alarmed at first.

Product was delivered with seal broken, and it leaked.

Really finding a difference made with my endurance sports

First class product

I’ve heard about the benefits of beetroot or nitrate for sport’s performance. I do a lot of running up to marathon distances & have been using this over a few days before my long run. Can’t know for sure if this works but if anything can aid running performance than I will try it. I’ve tried the shots which taste horrible but this concentrate add to water isn’t too bad.

Love this, tastes great and saves a bit on plastic waste from using the single shots. Wish I could buy it in a bigger bottle to save even more but it lasts a while at least.
