The item is 100% fossil original?

Yes sir. I love it. Very prestine

I have a wrist of about 2.5 to 3 inch from one side.....does this watch look bigger on My small wrist ? what is the height of the face of the watch?

This watch does have a nice large face and would appear large on a small wrist. It measures .47" or 12mm in height. It looks great on my husband's wrist, which is average in size. Hope this helps you out.
