What are the chest sizes for small and medium

Hi, would this be appropriate for the gym? Looking to keep cool, not warm in this case

I’d say that depends! In terms of the garment itself, then yes, it’s definitely okay to wear as outerwear- it’s not see-through thin, but is quite fitted unless you go a size up. I went XL and I’m 6ft 1, about 14 stone 8 to have it a little looser. If you’re doing weights I’d maybe suggest short sleeve but that’s just my preference. Only thing to say is it’s a really nice top - personally I think it’s too nice to wear to the gym where it might get damaged!
