I've used this in my koi pond for 4 years now and it keeps the water maintain and clarity of the water clear i would recommend this product to anyone.keeps fish happy and is 0great for the money

I have a 900 gallon pond (9x12 and deepish) with probably 30+ fish of all sizes in it. Needless to say, it turns greenish in the summer. I use Nualgi weekly, but I felt that it needed a little more bacteria. I had great luck with the cold water bacteria by Aquascape in the spring startup, so I bought some of this. I had a little bit of trouble trying to figure out what product to buy - as they have others that look like they would be the right choice, too. However, this seems to help. My water is greenish -but it's mostly visible when pulling water out in a white bucket - it has a greenish cast. I can see my fish quite well, so it's doing what I need it to do. Dosing couldn't be simpler. 9 pumps for 900 gallons. Easy. The one thing I do not like about this product (and the Cold Weather Bacteria pump) is that when you initially open them, you will get sprayed in the face. Open it inside a bag or something to keep it from spraying all over. And, after pumping it into the pond, it's drippy for a while. I'm not a fan of that, but it's easy and it works, so I can overlook it. I'd recommend giving this a try if you want to clear up your water. If your pond isn't a science project - you're not doing it right.

I've had a small fishpond off my back patio for about 20 years and I've purchased all kinds of additives for the pond water, and thought that most were a waste of money, but this one is the GREATEST! I'd drained and refilled the pond and applied this product as directed in the early summer. I have a submerged pump and filter system and I usually look at the flow of water from the small pot to determine when to clean the filer, but I always do it once a month, except this this last time, a couple of weeks ago. It's been extremely hot and probably 2 to 3 months since I'd cleaned the filter, and I was shocked. The filter was CLEAN, and it didn't need cleaning. I ran a small wire through the system and blew it out with a hose, as I always to, and there was a small amount of residue in it, and I was DONE! Thank you AQUASCAPE for your expertise in chemicals for this amazing product!

Good product. Works as good as any and easy to use. Doesn’t seem to lower phosphate so minus one

Seams to work, but not for a large 500gal or larger pond. Can be expensive either way large pond.

This stuff works. No clorox needed any more and my cat can drink from fountain

I was initially disappointed with this product, having used it per the directions for a length of time I thought would be adequate and not seeing the results. However, I wasn't going to return it half used and figured I'd use the other half rather than throw it away. What I discovered is that it can take some time. Imagine that! By the time the bottle was three quarters gone, the pond was clear. I used the remaining quarter of the bottle for weekly maintenance and have ordered more. Bottom line: don't expect miracles overnight. If that's how it worked, they'd charge more for it or it would kill the fish. Give it time and it'll do you proud.
