SwissGear 7895 Premium Rolling Garment Bag, Bonus Hanging Feature, Men's and Women's, 24-Inch Luggage - Black

Traveled on a weeklong trip covering multiple international flights. Replaced my world-traveled bag from the gold standard luggage competition- this Swiss Gear was half the price and competing to keep my business. My old bag wheels failed and I couldn’t replace them - after over 100 international trips. I like the design. All high quality. Great size. I don’t over pack but I don’t travel light either. The one thing that’s tricky is zipping the bag in half to fold it. I figured out a great way to make it work for me. Just can’t be a gorilla with the zippers - they’re tough but not indestructible. No issues. Easily matched the quality of my other much more expensive bags which I have several. I’m happy I picked this one and I’m a picky traveler.

First of all, I haven't actually used this bag yet so my impressions here are those of just having inspected it upon arrival. For the money, I am very pleased. I read some reviews before ordering that thought it did not seem sturdy enough for airline bag handlers abuse. If you travel weekly, maybe not. But I usually fly only a few times a year and it seems more than substantially sturdy to me. It's very roomy and will hold a lot. I bought it to supplement what we now have for long trips, and it will definitely hold enough for one person for more than a week. Overall, I am very pleased with the bag. Of course the real test will be once it is used. If it doesn't hold up the way I expect, then I'll update my review. But really, no bag is going to hold up under airline bag handlers for many years at a time without wear and tear. I've had much more expensive bags that didn't, and this seems to be as well made or at least almost as well made as those were.

Junk. This is my second of this same exact model. The first model last 7 years and the quality was noticeably better. On the replacement, the zipper broke the first time I opened it. It was never even used. I took it out, rolled it around to make sure the wheels work, checked the small front compartment, then opened the main zipper and it broke while unzipping it.

I have now taken a week-long trip with this bag, by Amtrak and hotel, and a week-long tip to Mexico. The many pockets and compartments match the way I like to pack (I tend to over-pack); the width allows for access with less digging. The two outside pockets (one lockable) are convenient for quick-access items. The bag is sturdy and handles well for carrying or rolling, but it is a bit heavy. In rolling mode it is much wider than most other bags so it can be awkward in airports and lobbies. The size is OK for opening on a queen bed but way too big for a typical luggage rack. The zippers do not work well around corners or (especially) at the center outside fold on each side, so users should allow extra time for zipper struggles during each open-close cycle. The inner bottom flap may be important for keeping special clothes wrinkle-free, but for me it is mostly an interruption, and it requires even more fold-out space. Being able to hang both sides in a closet saves space in the room and improves accessibility, but it also crowds the typical hotel closet for other users, and lifting that weight to hang it up is difficult.

This is great, it holds everything you need it to! Very reliable and easy to maneuver to the ticket counters.

We purchased this rolling garment bag to take on our recent cruise. This is a really well-made garment bag and it held quite a lot of clothes and kept them wrinkle-free for our trip. Highly recommend this bag!

Larger size than others - which I wanted - doubles as a suitcase for short trips and no need for other luggage. Sturdy and good quality- best quality for the price

Are ok but compared to our previous ones (Antler, no longer available) they are heavy, and materials and zips not very good quality and don’t have built in locks. Don’t feel good value for money.
