So i havent tried any other brands. After using this i dont feel the need to. This does give a bit of a greasy look after applied which i dislike. However by midday it definitely absorbs into the beard and leaves it much softer and less coarse feeling. I find this is a necessity as waking up in the morning my beard is a wreck after sleeping all night on it. It does a great job to sorta style it. I also use one of Striking Vikings wood combs. Side note, the scent of this is great. It has a good cologne smell to it but by no means is it overwhelming. Update: so the 1st one i ordered was fine. Looked/worked great. The 2nd one was completely gritty and unusable. Set it aside and ordered a new one......showed up just the same,gritty. Couldn't find how to contact the seller as i didnt want to leave a negative review for something that may have just been a bad batch? So took the lid off and stuck it on a wax warmer and melted it down again. Once completely melted, took it off to cool and looks like the 1st one i ordered. Im assuming there was maybe a bad batch of them but this seems to fix it.

The scent is great. It's not overpowering or artificial, but rather a rugged and masculine blend that evokes images of windswept fjords and ancient forests. Healthy beard growth? For sure, pleasant scent, not overpowering, keeps chin n neck moist not oily if massaged in to your beard. 3-4 drops in your palm... Easy does it . No itching nor scratching!

At least the sandalwood one smells absolutely horrific. And it just gets worse and worse as it dries down. When you first put it in it, just kind of smells like a really fake sandalwood, but fast forward an hour, and it starts to really wreak. I have a fairly long beard and have used this brand before. In fact, I had the vanilla one before this and it smells more like cotton candy than vanilla, but at least it’s still smells good. I just ordered another vanilla one and I’m probably just gonna toss this one out, as I have many other beard oils.. I like with this does to my beard, though, it is a bit greasy, but not as bad as others. I notice it make my beard fuller instantaneously. And after using consistently for a few weeks, I notice some of the patchy areas start to fill in. That is why I continue using this product along with taking biotin supplements, it is very effective for beard growth. I am in my late 30s now and I still have areas of problems in my beard just like most men do. For the price, maybe this is a couple bucks more than a normal beard oil and you’re getting a lot more out of it as it really does work you just have to be consistent with it. Don’t expect it to work overnight. However, like I said, if you do have a thicker beard, you will notice it to be more full just after one use. Although most beard oils do this when you have a thick enough beard.

By far my favorite beard oil of the 4 brands I've tried, it's not even close. The scent is great, makes my beard soft and manageable. As far as effectiveness I can't really comment, I've never entertained the idea of "this oil will magically make my beard grow more" because that whole idea is ridiculous. I'm sure everyone is different but I think I've found my brand from now on

Always hard to tell if things like this work on placebo or chance, but I mean I was able to grow a mustache for the first time in my life. To be fair I never tried too hard before, but I LITERALLY grew almost no hair before I started using the oil and a derma roller 2 times a week. About 3 months in and I have a significant amount of hair growth over my old standard.

Helps a lot with a patch beard, I pair it with derma roller. In a month got more volume, covered bald spots and overall numbers of folicules are increased. Prefer that over minoxidil because that oil doesnt dry skin, doens't have alcohol and smell very good.

Good product, still not sure if helps with growth but, keep the beard soft shining and smells really good
