These straps are perfect for deadlift, seated/bend over row, or even pull up. They really help me get a few extra reps each set. They are made with high durable material and very sturdy. I've been using them 4 days/week for 5 months with no sign of wear or tear yet. They are much better than all the other straps I've used in the last 20 years. Definitely will buy again. Believe the hype. They are true.

After trying a few other brands I settled on these and have been impressed with how much they increase my dead-lifts, pulled 475lbs in this vid! I have an injury to my left wrist that has scar tissue and damaged nerves in my hand. I needed something that wouldn't cause further pain during use and the figure 8 design is a winner. The way that it double-supports by having 2 large loops to put over the wrist is great! These cerberus fig-8 are well made with quality stitching, durable yet soft material, and the sizing is spot on! Give these a try if you want a new PR or just some added grip while lifting

Great lifting straps! Easy to use , not super expensive, I expect them to last a long time, and for someone like me with hand numbness, these really help with heavy weight lifting.

Felt like splurging on these and sooo worth it. My wrists are exactly 7.5, so I went with the Mediums. Looked bigger than I expected, but as soon as I wrapped around a bar I was locked in like you can’t achieve with regular straps. 455 max DL now, but with these I don’t doubt I’ll be hitting 5 plates soon. Very happy customer

These are hands down the way to go. Easier to use (put on and take off the bar) and provides an inane grip to the bar.

Good quality and do their job but these are much too expensive for what they are and the lack of uniform looping where they cross over to complete the figure 8. I get they have the fancy Cerberus label but their are similar and several other brands that cost literally half the price and the said cheaper competition crosses the loops the proper way. You want these to lay flat on the sides of your hand when you start getting into 400 plus, not digging into them bc they are twisted on one side due to how they’re folded before stitched. Honestly, very stupid design choice. I figured for the price they didn’t do that so I didn’t verify or check as well as I should have.

Dopo aver visto il grande Eddie Hall staccare ben 500 kg, vidi che usava queste fasce ( anche se di un altra marca) e così ho deciso di prenderle anche io. Ma andiamo subito con i pro e contro: Pro: Qualità ( cuciture ottime, riescono a reggere carichi molto elevati,infatti questo è un prodotto professionale. Bisogna toccare con mano per capire) Prezzo ( 22 euro sono un prezzo giusto, tenendo conto della qualità della manodopera e dei materiali) Estetica ( davvero molto ca**uti e belli da vedere) Efficacia ( funzionano bene, la presa è molto più salda e rispetto ai normali ganci,trovo questi figure 8 molto più comodi. Oltre al fatto che fanno comunque migliorare la presa, rispetto ai ganci stessi) Imballaggio ( arrivano all'interno di una busta in plastica abbastanza protettiva, quindi non c'è il rischio che arrivino danneggiati) Contro: Usi ( si possono usare solo per stacchi ed in generale per esercizi di pull. NON ( bello grande) sono adatti a weightlifter e crossfitter . Sono invece indicati per powerlifter e strongman) GRANDEZZA ( sono veramente grandi, ma sul sito ufficiale della cerberus, indicano la taglia media/larga ottima per qualunque uomo di stazza media. Purtroppo non ho potuto scegliere la taglia, ma sono fortunato perchè ho le mani grandi ( per una volta mi sono servite a qualcosa queste manone) ) Prodotto consigliato, ma attenzione se avete le mani piccole. Venditore serio e affidabile, Amazon come sempre 5/5!!!!

These are by far the best lifting straps l have ever used. As long as you have the right size these will easily improve your lifts giving you nice tight grip with no hard tension on your wrists. 300kg deadlift, 380kg shrugs feel very comfortable so these are very heavy duty straps. Feel better the more you break them in. Always best to go for natural grip strength but if you want to hit heavy you won't find a better strap to support you.
