Finally!! Relief from my neuropathic itch! Using this product is safer than having unwanted medication coursing through my body. No "Ben Gay smell", which is wonderful! One thing I have noticed is that some Capsaicin products will leave an immediate, long-lasting burning sensation when applied. For the most part, this product does not. I can feel it if I place it on areas where my skin is thinner (feet, ankles, etc ...) and then cover those areas with shoes or put them under a blanket. But it's not too uncomfortable. So, there is the heat factor, but it's definitely not as severe as the Capzasin brand. I also appreciate the roll-on applicator option, which ensures my hands won't be unnecessarily covered. This might prove difficult if a person needs to get between toes or fingers, but that isn't an issue for me. TAKE NOTE: The product stays on the body for at least two days. I know this because I can still feel the heat at times, especially in the shower. Also, two days after application, my dog licked my leg and let me know that he could taste it. So, just be aware of that. Neuropathic itch is maddening, and this product is effective in providing immediate, long-lasting relief at a price that is more affordable than a prescription.

I’d rate it lower than a 1 star if I could! I’m generally very diligent about reading the customers reviews before I purchase and failed to on this product. Had I read reviews, I would not have purchased this. It is absolutely horrible! It masks any pain or discomfort with an even much worse and different pain and discomfort. It is like rubbing the hottest chile peppers on your skin. I could not even wash it off with soap to neutralize the burning pain. It is the worst “snake oil “ I have ever applied to my skin. If you happen to accidentally get some on your hands, you will transfer the burning pain to other parts of your body. I made the mistake of scratching my eyelid and my skin was on fire. Ouch!!!

This is the best roll-on arthritic medication that I have purchased. It cuts the pain and enables me to walk better.

Works was to calm nerves, but does cause some itching.

I’m really torn on this product. When nothing else works this does. But like it says “use sparingly” I’ve used it 4 times now when my nerve pain in my back is too intense and it DOES help a lot, but the last 2 times after a few hour of it fully setting in I’m running to get dish soap to wash it off it’s so unbearably hot. It does also give the appearance of a heat rash, even though it doesn’t hurt or itch per se my back looked like it had been burned and was red and blotchy. It is incredibly strong so if you do use it, use it incredibly sparingly, like one roll across the skin. I was awoken after three hours of being asleep last night to the most intense burning pain on my back and had to wash it off as best as possible because it hurts so incredibly bad and I had to try to put something mentholated on my back to try to mask the burning. It hurts. It’s just too strong.

Works extremely well, but be careful if you wrap the area where you applied , it gets warmer.

Horrible pain using this. Burns. Feels like fire ants biting. You can't wash it off - it makes it worse! Amazon won't take it back. Waste of money. Don't buy this. If there was a negative star, this stuff would get it. Why no refund? Product description is false.
