excellent product, not worth paying the extra for the "other" brand
Excellent product - I've previously had the fruit version of this with the mega price tag but had to replace as it had lost keys and ultimately stopped working, (when the other worked)this is every bit just as good as the other, excellent quality, optional lit keys, tracking pad responds well - I think this is excellent value for money, iPad fits perfectly when in use and folds away well. Very easy to set up and get started, just connect through Bluetooth.

Good value for money compared to the Apple MK
Arrived today (typing this review on it now) General impressions are favourable. The case is well made and with striking magnetic connections - the outer fin§ish is a nice soft-touch material and nicer than some of the £99 keyboards I’ve seen. The iPad looks ‘nice’ in the case and the mechanism works well for opening and closing with auto wake and auto keyboard on. The magnetic panel has a nice flocked lining to keep the iPad scratch free at the back which is a nice touch. The trackpad is good and can be enabled to tap to click (an Amazon review said that this wasn’t possible - it is it’s just in the system settings of the iPad itself) The keyboard is okay - it’s a bit ‘clacky’ and not as nice a feel as my MBP keyboard (I’m assuming that the genuine Apple MK has the same keys) but that’s to be expected. Couple of minor niggles … firstly (again as expected) the RETURN key is US standard shape (rectangular like all the 3rd party keyboard cases I’ve seen) only the genuine Apple keyboard has the UK shaped ‘taller’ RETURN key and I’ve found myself missing it sometimes but I guess I’ll get used to it. Secondly, no function key row for things like vol, brightness etc. These all require a FN keypress. As I’m not going to be (I don’t think) using the iPad a huge amount for typing this one at £130 seems justifiable. I think I’d be hard pressed to justify £220 more for the Apple version. Maybe if I find myself using this far more than I thought I might upgrade to the Apple one but the cost is eye-watering for what it is. All in all - recommended for the price.

Excellent, easy to use and set up
So far so good with this. I wasn’t going to upgrade my old IPad Pro 2nd gen but the apple keyboard case (it wasn’t a magic one/with trackpad) was literally falling apart. I went for the new iPad Pro to treat myself with a new keyboard. At first I was disappointed the old pencil doesn’t work, but this keyboard case makes up for it. While I’ve read it’s a little heavy I don’t notice. No problem with with the magnetic connection. Incredibly easy to set up and use, I’m happy so far with it. The build quality seems better than the old keyboard case I had, which I wasn’t rough on and looked after, but it scuffed and marked too easily and was peeling apart, stopping the keyboard working. The material for this case feels much better and robust. I really like the way it lights up and turns on the screen and all the functions for the trackpad are like touching the screen. If I’d had this case with my old iPad I don’t think it would fallen apart and I’d still be using it after a few years.

Poor quality
Do not Buy. Poor quality and now has a mind of it’s own - volume goes up and down, screen minimises without warning, along with other annoying things. Nothing like the Apple keyboard we used to have.

Great keyboard, great build quality, just not what i expected for stability.
Why did you choose this product over others?: I originally picked this keyboard because my current one doesn’t have a trackpad and because I have a trackpad on my Mac, it would be nice to use similar functions which was one of the reasons behind the purchase and the fact that there were payments available and the price was reasonable. However, upon receiving and setting it up on my iPad, which was extremely easy. The one thing I wasn’t satisfied with was the fact that when you open the case fully and attach the iPad if there’s an instability with the back prone to wobbling, if you put it slightly forward it’s nice and stable. And this is the reason I’m returning it, in the event I do onl travelling with my iPad and need to use it on a surface if there’s any vibration or disruption on the surface i.e. on a train I feel that it will make for a very unpleasant experience. Build quality was great everything else fantastic. Yes the trackpad is a bit clicky and requires pressure, not the end of the world but the wobbling, I just couldn’t live with it, and my search continues. I spoke with Belkin technical support who are very helpful but told me it’s the way it is. I would give five stars the quality and connect-ability and ease of use, but feel I need to remove two for the, for me hinge oversight. I don’t believe it should wobble like that..

good quality product
i wanted a proper apple magic keyboard but they did not make it for the ipad 10th gen that i own so i went and brought this one i can see very few differences between the apple one and this one as of right now i will be using this case for my uni work so it will be getting used and abused i think its great value as of right now now and i think it is very good quality and looks very good its very easy to use and connect to my ipad and the keyboard and mouse pad are very responsive to my touch

Really happy with my purchase
Love it! I bought this for taking notes on the train whilst studying for an exam. I was able to split the screen in 2 and watch the training videos on one side whilst taking notes on the other. Really nice to use, easy to type quickly on it, only down side is some of the keyboard symbols are in a slightly different position for example @ is swapped with “. It’s easy enough to adapt though and I’ve found I use it all the time now, far cheaper than the Apple version but still does the job. The iPad is a bit heavier now but that’s fine with me.

Product is great. Noticed that the seal was cut opened on the box. Not sure if the product is meant to come with a charging cable or maybe the seal was opened to check that the product was correct before sending it out. (Which is appreciated) Product is of very good quality, paired quickly to my iPad Air 11” M3 2025(even though it doesn’t state that it’s compatible in the description) Note that no charging cable was included in this box.

The keyboard itself feels solid, keys are comfortable to work with. The biggest issue is that magnet isn't strong enough to reliably fix the iPad 12". Though it can be a problem of my one.
