These really do make a difference. I just wear them around the house and they help my circulation and reduce aching/tightness. Great product for the price. And I just throw them in the wash with my normal laundry and they've held up.

I really like these. I wear a pair of arch support while at home hanging in the house, but those wont fit in my shoes. So after a long day my ankles would kill me. I have a collapsed arch, so worse than flat feet. I found these, ordered 5 pair so I had extras incase they didn't last long. First pair I wore under my socks, worked great! My feet feel great when I get home now! But..... they made my feet sweat a bit and got a little stink! So now I wear them over my socks, still work great but can slide a bit up the foot if you wear them on a long day and are on the move a lot. They have fixed my problem! I no longer have achy ankles at night! Now I can go for walks or bike rides with my wife! Even if they don't last a long time, the price is right and worth it! So far I have used one pair for home shoes and one pair for work shoes and they have lasted a month and are still good. I have 3 more pairs, stashed! A+

I don’t EVER write reviews, but I’ve had this product for a week now, and it has had such a dramatic effect on my body. I couldn’t not encourage someone who might be in my shoes to give it a go. I work 6 days a week on my feet with little rest on 10+ hr shifts. My arches were hurting so badly (I’ve always had superrr flat feet) I was coming home on day 2 of 6 practically in tears. I would wake up in the a.m. and when my feet hit the floor they would just ache so bad I felt like I was walking like a person 3 times my age. These supports aren’t the type of magic that erases 10 hours of tired feet, but the changes in how my arches feel is dramatically amazing. Not to mention I’ve been getting out of bed no problem. If you’re reading reviews wondering if you should give this product a try I’d say for investment it’s no brainer. As far as product specs.. my size was on the line of small / medium I ordered medium and am pleased they’re not to tight or loose. I would say the width goes almost right up to my sock (ankle sock) and if not properly adjusted and they rub together in a weird way there was a slight pinch. But easily adjustable or I just wear slightly taller socks. Lastly these really wouldn’t work well with any sort of flat / heel / sandal where the top of your foot is visible but I’ll happily stick to full shoes if it means less arch pain. :)

This sleeve works to alleviate Plantar Fasciitis. I had two issues with this product, it is somewhat thick and with this on under my sock, I could not put on several shoes. So I had to wear loose fitting shoes. The second issue is that after about 6 hours of wearing it my foot felt pain. Kind of like the pain you get if you wrap your hand around the middle part of your foot and squeeze it. I had to remove it several times because of the pain. It was not really bad but I'm thinking it was not helping and perhaps would cause a second issue. This sleeve is good for short use, like getting up in the morning and walking with no shoes on. It is thick enough that it provides some arch support in addition to the stretch. Sort of like walking on one of those hard arch support pieces that you put in your shoe. This is good. But long term wearing was harder. In the end I resorted to another sleeve light this one but much thinner and less squeeze. With that thinner one I could wear my shoes that fit better and I could wear it all day. I would recommend this one for morning wear with no shoes on and get a thinner one for the day while wearing shoes.

These arch compression sleeves were very comfortable to wear and fit well when wearing shoes, with or without socks. I do not have planter fasciitis; I injured the top edge of one foot and hoped the compression sleeve would provide relief from persistent pain that I was experiencing. I was starting to recover by the time the sleeve arrived, that being said, I felt significant relief within minutes of slipping the sleeve over the arch of my injured foot. The fit of the sleeve was not tight, just comfortably snug - size Medium sleeve for arch that measures 8”. I was able to walk without favoring my injured foot, which I was not able to do before. I wore the arch sleeve for a couple of days until I no longer needed it for pain relief. One thing that surprised me about the sleeve(s) is how nicely they fit the arch on my foot. They are made of a thin neoprene-like material (grey color is light, silvery color - nice neutral). They did not slip or shift on the foot once in place and they fit in sneakers and slip on shoes without binding. Socks slid over the arch easily, and because the sleeve material is thin, it didn’t cause my shoes to fit too snugly. I give these compression an A+ for comfort, ease of use and attractive design. They certainly helped relieve the pain and minor swelling I had on my injured foot. Since I do not have planter fasciitis, I am not able to rate their effectiveness for that problem.

I've had horrible flat feet my whole life. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years on cheap and expensive insoles. I recently hurt myself and my right foot has planter factious for the past 6 months. I can't seem to shake it and I've tried many different things and I wish I would have tried these first. My pain is gone and my planter factious is gone! On top of that my feet haven't felt this good in years. Pros - Cheap - Solid support but doesn't squeeze my foot to death - I forget they are there - Fit perfectly (make sure to measure your foot, I used a tape measure and it still worked) - Has given me back my energy that I've lost to soar feet. Cons - I don't know how long they will last and suspect they will loose their elasticity at some point but even if I had to buy them every 2 months it is worth it. For now they are holding up great.
