Great customer service
I had purchased this lamp to go in a bio active enclosure for my ball python. When I set it up I noticed one side was not getting power. I didn’t install it right away and the 30 day return window had passed. I reached out to the seller and Yan took good care of me and sent a replacement. To me that is excellent customer service! Quality is good, especially for the price, size is nice and provides heat distribution well.
