Effective, but product deteriorated at 5 months
My acupuncture doctor recommended this to help boost my immune system. I took it for several months (starting March '23) and it seemed to be part of the reason I have been feeling much better. However, as I recently felt symptoms coming on (August '23), I opened the jar to use some and the product had turned darker and hardened into clumps (after only 5 months). I used a pointed utensil to break it apart and still used it. When put in hot water, it seems O.K. I looked for an expiration date, and I don't see one (maybe the Chinese characters on the top?). But I think the granules have been affected by moisture (no desiccant pack included) and has deteriorated. It has been stored on a counter with the lid tightly closed. I will probably buy another bottle, but this is disappointing.

Good stuff
I bought this product at a local acupuncture place when I was trying out acupuncture for arthritic pain. The acupuncture didn't work on that, but I felt as if I felt better overall while taking this stuff. So when it started to run out, I looked for it online. I don't go a day without taking a dose of this in the am.
