Super Strength Oil of Oregano

This is a very potent extract with many health benefits, namely nipping any bug in the bud (please google oregano oil or thumb through a book on herbal remedies as its applications are too numerous to abbreviate here). I add a few drops to water and drink every couple of weeks or so, and daily if I have a cold (I've shared with sick relatives, and they all found it very effective and then ordered their own plus extras to share). I dab a drop on insect bites and other skin ailments, and also use to brush my tongue with to keep it healthy (one drop on the tongue is sufficient!). It is also great for after an uneasy meal (namely questionable seafood) or anything from an open table or server. It has a bit of a bite, but is very pleasant. I highly recommend this product and its seller.

Strong but effective. I drank it for a week ...3 drops in a glass of water. Tastes horrid but helped with candida....I feel it really kicked it's butt. I was doing the diet and some pills and coconut oil...but this was the kicker. It's just hard to keep it up b/c of the taste. But I read you shouldn't take this regularly anyways as it also kills good bacteria in the gut. I took probiotics hours after taking this (at bedtime each night), to help with that. My 9-yr old daughter was starting to get a low-grade fever with sore throat so rubbed this on her feet at bedtime, then put socks over. She said she felt immediate improvement...don't think she was making it up b/c she couldn't stand the smell of it otherwise. After the 2nd day no more symptoms. Only did it those 2 times. I feel it's a very powerful anti-microbial everyone should have in their home for episodic treatment.

Just a few drops will make a difference in your digestive system as well as eliminate mouth bacteria and eliminate skin irritations. I like the fact that this is the strongest % carvacrol available. I put 6-8 drops of oil of oregano into a teaspoon of olive oil and take internally for my UC. It is recommended that if you do this you also take a good probiotic since the oil of oregano acts as an antibiotic. I also put several drops of OO into a small amount of water and use it as a mouthrinse, keep swishing it around for 1-2 minutes. Yes it is very strong but does not burn my mouth. Then spit out. Many serious diseases (heart, etc) begin with oral bacteria making it's way into our bodies. Oil of oregano will kill bacteria. I also put a drop of OO on a bandaid and then attach to a skin irritation I've had for years. It is slowly going away. I don't know if this was bacterial in nature but my dermatologist never had any suggestions. This worked.

I use this anytime I feel that I might have a light infection in my body or teeth, or for any insect bite or rash or small cut. It is my new 'go to' alternative treatment. I ordered at the same time the extra potent formula from Greece, which I like also. If you are trying this for the first time or for general purposes, order this one. It is not as strong-though very strong!-and it does the job.

This product is super potent and extra strong. Only 1-3 "drops" not the whole dropper full - do not make that mistake! I was on autopilot thinking this is like other tinctures I've taken in the past where a dropper full is suggested in a cup o'water or juice. So the first two days I did a dropper full in a glass of water and started to feel super sick at the end of the 2nd day. I read the label again and realized it was "drops" not dropper full. The drops are all you need mixed into at least 1 oz. if not 4 oz. of water for a weaker dilution. If the water is lukewarm, it's easier to swig like a shotglass. I'd chase it with a sweet juice drink since oregano has such a strong flavour. With such a small dosage the bottle lasts up to a year even when taken every day, making this extremely affordable! I love that! Because of my idiocy of taking a dropper full for the first 2 days, I went through about 3 weeks of yucky detox affects of general lethargy and nausea, but I'd have to say that had I properly read the label and taken the dosage correctly, it would not have been such a herxheimer event. It's been about 4 months taking this every day (1-3 drops in an oz. of water once a day for me) and I feel pretty darn good with much more energy than I've had in quite a few years. My goal is to continue taking this for 1 full year to completely rid my body of all viruses. I definitely recommend.

Pretty sure if this were analyzed, it would prove to be marjarom oil. Strong yes, but not the same as oregano oil. I ordered another brand, at I can tell the difference right away. Just like the book says, it other oil is lighter in color, and doesn't smell like our "spice cupboard oregano flakes". And is noticably stronger. Husband and I both have bad necks, and rubbing with this oil didn't really help. The other oil helped with only one 10 minute rub, and the pain has not returned as of 6 days now. So, if you like this oil, by all means continue with it. But if it is lacking in your expectations, try the one by Teliamed.

This stuff is STRONG! I Always put it in tea, juice or milk of some kind. I read that a lady got a burn on her lips from dropping this straight into her mouth in some way or another. DON'T. Even after I add it to liquid, I drink it through a straw. The entire time I'm slurping it up, I'm moving the straw in a circular motion while I'm drinking, because if the liquid remains still, all the Oil floats to the top, and by the time you get to the bottom of the glass, you're drinking in pure oil that will light your mouth on fire! It works wonderfully to help as an anti fungal to my Candida problems, but you have to be consistent and on a strict Candida diet. If you can't handle this oil, I've also taken Biotics ADP Oil of Oregano tabs which work awesome as well. In fact, I think those tabs fix any ailment period!
