Brilliant I’ve been using on my knees for a few weeks. I’ve found it beneficial and easy to use and place. The timer is easy to set. Very sturdy and easily adjustable. Great handles to hold and move the position of the lamp. Good value for money.

I'm using this lamp to help with trigeminal neuralgia and it really feels like it's doing something. I use it most days, morning and evening,especially when I feel pains returning. So relaxing! It is quite bulky but very sturdy and is great for what I need. Love the way you can angle the lamp to suit wherever you need it. Very easy to use. I would definitely recommend and is worth the £70 I paid for it.

This infrared heat lamp is amazing absolute life saver !! I'm serverly disabled I broke my back in an accident and I'm in a wheelchair. I have a lot of shoulder pain from using the wheelchair and also j cant feel my left leg . What this heat lamp does is penetrate the muscuke and tissue increasing the blood flow and heating the area it provides great relief immediately after use you can feel the difference and relief in your muscles and body also very relaxing . The Beurer heat lamp at this il50 rating and av100% UV filter is so well made and easy to use it has a timer of 15 min that you can adjust to the time you want up to 15 min the units build quality is fantastic the unit does get hot but it has fans that are cooling it I just leave to cool before replacing in the box for storage . There are endless uses for the infrared it helps your skin tone as long as it has a 100% UV blocker like this model also help to relieve headaches and has many other uses I'm just reading a new book all about infrared treatments and uses so will update my review when I know more but honestly I bought this for my back and to keep circulation in my leg and it does exactly that and also for my face to help even skin tone and I'm so happy with my purchase it's great value for money as well .

I have found this very helpful and therapeutic. It's simple to use and is good value for money. The only drawback is having to sit and find something to put the unit on for your treatment depending on the area you want to treat This unit is a good model to try out infrared therapy with. I'm definitely thinking of upgrading to a larger model

Incredible help for arthritic pain. I am 39 with an ADR between L4 and L5. This literally stopped all of my spasms. I will also say I had a terrible fever and sinus setting in recently. I ran it constantly as much as I could, and all the infection disappeared — I was back on my feet so so quick compared to everybody else. This is an amazing device and tool to use for body wellness.

Excellent quality, lead a little short but that’s down to my plug placement mainly. No burning plastic smells and timer is useful.

Having owned this lamp for under a year, it started to malfunction. When I press the button it will flicker on and go straight back off. If I do this about 10 times, it will come on and stay on. I contacted Beurer under the warranty who said I most likely need a new bulb, that this is not covered under warranty and that they will not provide a replacement. To suggest that a bulb of this sort would reach end of life after 11 months of normal use is completely disingenuous. Either this product is not of satisfactory quality as required under Consumer protection legislation or Beurer don’t care about their customers.
