I needed an extra hob while the kitchen fitters re-routed our gas pipe, and this Aobosi double plate filled the gap beautifully and didn’t hog the limited worktop space. I plugged it into an extension reel, set a pan of water on the left zone, and my teabag barely had time to unfurl before it was boiling. On Saturday evening I cooked spaghetti for the children after hill-walking, the sauce simmered gently on the right plate while the pasta rolled away on the left, and I flicked between 120 and 180 degrees with a quick tap, that fine 20-step scale lets you nudge the heat rather than guess. When I needed a breather to towel off the collie, the four-hour timer meant I didn’t have to hover nervously as I do with our old gas rings. Clean-up was a single swipe with a damp cloth, no burnt rings because, well, nothing gets hot but the pans. Credit where it’s due, the keep-warm button held soup at a steady 80 degrees through story time, no skin forming. For build, safety lock, and sheer speed, I rate it excellent quality and solid value. It has already earned a permanent spot in the camper van for trips, even if the packaging made me wrestle with an alarming amount of tape.

I have been using this hob As a full time, daily driver for my meal prep. Firstly, it is well made with quality materials and is sturdy. There is plenty of space for even large pans which is great. I love the dual controls which are responsive and easy to use making using two pans at the same time very easy. It boils quickly and performs very well. The hob surface is so easy to clean as it is 1 flat surface of high quality tempered glass. Just a few quick wipes and it’s all good to go for next time. The lock feature is also very useful in preventing the hobs from being accidentally turned on, especially when cleaning, although they wont heat up anyway unless a pan is on the hob so it is very safe. The auto shutoff makes it even safer so it gives peace of mind. I use mine in the kitchen in a permanent place but if you need to carry yours about between locations it is very light, surprisingly so, so there will no issues there. For the price I have very impressed with the quality of the build, the materials and also the function of this hob. I recommend it for anyone looking for high quality hob they can use as a full time replacement for a traditional fixed oven hob or a hob that needs to be transported regularly. Either way it is great. I had to contact the manufacturer for support (NOT due to a manufacturer issue with the item) and the support was very very good. Very swift response and they bent over backwards to help. I was really impressed. Overall I would definitely buying this hob in confidence and knowing you will get amazing support for their products means I will be looking at what else they might sell. AA********

Very pleased with this double induction hob. It heats up quickly, easy to use and clean. The dual burners are convenient for cooking multiple dishes at once. excellent value for the price.

The hob comes well packaged and protected. It appears to be a high quality product. I previously purchased a DUXTOP induction hob to see if induction was for us .. we were most impressed and after 6 months decided to buy a double and discontinue using gas. Unfortunately DUXTOP do not make doubles for the UK so I decided to buy the Aobosi twin hob. On trying for the first time I found it would not simmer food but reduced power by turning on and off. However the left hob did reduce power but only down to 1000 watts. And then started pulsing. I now know that some induction hobs use pulsing to reduce power but there are some that reduce power to a much lower level before pulsing thus enabling proper simmering of food. I decided to return the product and will purchase 2 single Duxtops to meet my need. This is no reflection on the Aobosi as it is a good product and works as designed and is a good buy if you are not bothered by the low level pulsing. Hence four stars.

Been using this hob for a little while now and it’s honestly been better than I expected. It heats up very quickly and cooking feels faster compared to a normal hob. It’s actually pretty simple to use. Nothing complicated about it.So far it’s been doing well. Worth the money in my opinion.

Love it, perfect tool in small flat kitchen, easy to clean, heat distribution is more in the middle ( centre ) but I guess it depends on the pan/pot size, easy to adjust the level of heat ( at your finger tip), saves space in the kitchen, very good tool for the money

Excellent induction hob! Sleek, compact, and easy to clean, making it ideal for smaller kitchens or portable use. Moved in to a new house with an Aga but a time controlled one and so it’s not always on. It takes a while to heat up and so needed something that we could plug in and use straight away. This is perfect for that and we keep it packed away and then whack it out of the cupboard when we need it. Heats up really quickly, easy to control, nice sized too.

In meiner kleinen Studentenbude hat sich die alte Herdplatte verabschiedet, daher suchte ich nach einer schnellen und funktionstüchtigen Alternative – hier wurde ich fündig! Nach einiger Recherche und Empfehlungen aus dem Umfeld war klar: wenn schon eine mobile Platte, dann auf jeden Fall Induktion. Auch wenn man für die passenden Töpfe ggf. noch mal etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen muss, lohnt sich Induktion in jedem Falle – ich bin hier super zufrieden! Aber kommen wir zunächst zur Sendung: die Platte kam sicher verpackt und im Originalkarton an. Die „Installation“ war selbsterklärend, einfach aufstellen und anstecken – fertig. Lediglich auf die Kabellänge ist beim Kauf zu achten. Ansonsten steht die Platte stabil und war direkt einsatzbereit. Die Funktionen waren für uns eigentlich ebenfalls selbsterklärend, aber es gibt ein kleines Begleitheft, welches noch mal alles aufschlüsselt. Das Induktionskochfeld ist wirklich toll! Ich war etwas skeptisch, weil manche Rezensionen durchaus Kritik finden – bei mir ist aber alles tip top! Ein Topf Wasser wird in kürzester Zeit zum kochen gebracht, auch größere Mengen. Ansonsten kann man zwischen den verschiedenen Hitzestufen gut wählen, meistens sind niedrige bis mittlere Einstellungen sinnvoll, die höchsten sind außer zum Wasserkochen eig. Immer zu heiß. Ansonsten gelingt mir alles gut – ob nun der zeitlose Spaghetti-Topf mit Soße, über Suppen bis zum gebratenen Fleisch – hier macht mir Kochen endlich wieder Spaß! Platte an, Topf oder Pfanne drauf und los geht es! Kein lästiges warten, bis die Platte warm genug ist. Auch der Platz auf der Platte ist super – selbst mein größter Suppentopf findet Platz. Zudem gibt es eine „Warmhalte“-Funktion, die Essen auf der Platte warm hält – fand ich bisher zwar nur bei Suppen / oder Chili sinnvoll, aber ich wollte es erwähnt haben. Ein Faktor ist sicherlich die „Lautstärke“. Bei Nutzung ist die Platte durchaus „laut“, wobei ich sagen muss, dass mich das beim kochen in keiner Weise stört. Auch ist die Platte nicht lauter als die Geräusche, die beim kochen sowieso kommen. Nach der Nutzung lüftet die Platte noch ein wenig, bis sie ganz ausgeht. Ich nehme dann einfach das Kabel ab, da sie ansonsten dauerhaft leuchtet. Nimmt man einen Topf vom Kochfeld, während dieses noch aktiv ist und wärme gibt, piept die Platte – finde ich beim kochen selbst zwar eher nervig, ist aber gut, wenn es um die Sicherheit geht. Die Schaltflächen lassen sich leicht bedienen – zum saubermachen aber unbedingt von der Steckdose nehmen, da die Schaltflächen empfindlich reagieren und man ständig alles an und aus stellt. Auch sonst kann es mal passieren, dass ein Soßenspritzer oder ähnliches auf einer der Flächen landet und etwas verstellt – aber das passiert A selten, zudem ist man B ja sowieso in der Nähe, um es zu richten oder nutzt eben einen Deckel, um jegliche Spritzer zu unterbinden. Saubermachen lässt sich die Platte ebenfalls super! Hier ganz große Verbesserung zu meiner alten Herdplatte. Die gerade Fläche lässt sich leicht und einfach reinigen, in kurzer Zeit blitzt alles. Keine rostende Platte mehr! Auch scheint die Verarbeitung solide zu sein, sodass scheinbar nichts in die Platte selbst eindringt (mir ist zum Beispiel schon 2x Milch übergelaufen, weg gewischt und fertig, keinerlei Schäden). Auf jeden Fall nutze ich die Platte seit Monaten fast täglich und habe wirklich keinerlei Probleme – genau so, wie man es sich wünschen würde! Der Preis (ich zahlte damals 124 Euro) erscheint mir daher fair, wobei ich jetzt auch kein Vergleich zu anderen mobilen Induktionskochfeldern habe (gibt auch ein paar, die etwas günstiger sind). Ich kann sagen, dass ich für mich mit der Preisleistung zufrieden bin, da die Platte für mich perfekt funktioniert und mir auch in der kleinen Wohnung endlich wieder das kochen zugänglich gemacht hat – mit Rabatt ist es aber natürlich immer besser. Beim baldigen Umzug kommt die Platte natürlich mit! Ich würde das „Induktionskochfeld“ von Aobosi auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch wieder kaufen. Sollte sich etwas an meinem Eindruck ändern, werde ich diese Rezension aktualisieren! Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: - Preisleistung funktioniert für mich, ggf. Rabatt mitnehmen - extrem leicht „Installation“, direkt einsatzbereit - funktioniert tadellos und verlässlich - genug Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, um entspannt kochen zu können - Warmhalte-Funktion bei Bedarf - sehr leicht zu reinigen - benötigt Induktionstöpfe und Pfannen (logisch, ich weiß) - gewisse Lautstärke bei Nutzung, für mich kein Problem - Kabellänge beim Kauf beachten, falls die Platte weiter von einer Steckdose entfernt genutzt werden soll

Very easy to use if you follow instructions. I bought this for occasionally steam boat dinner but have use it almost daily as it is so connvenient. This single induction hob is sturdy, compact and space saving. It only occupy a small area on my kitchen table top. Another plus point is that you don't need to invest in any new cookware and could easily identify and find suitable cookware in your kitchen. Love the feature that if unsuitable cookware is placed on it, "EO" is shown on the display.

La placa de inducción es bonita y su función es muy buena. Tengo que decir que el servicio de atención al cliente por parte de los que la venden, fue un trato excepcionalmente bueno, la chica es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y te soluciona todo. Recomiendo mucho esta tienda, y está placa de inducción. Calienta a la perfección, es preciosa, se limpia muy fácilmente. La puedes usar para hacer todo tipo de alimentos y viene con programación. Es una placa increíblemente buena, práctica y fácil de usar.

Llevo varios días cocinando con la placa, estoy satisfecho por la calidad. Coincide a lo que dice en la descripción. Y empecé sin instrucción, pero me resultó bien, es decir, es fácil de poner en marcha. Con estos botones virtuales que tiene en la placa, es fácil de manejar la temperatura y establecer un tiempo de cocinar. Solo una cosa más, tengo una olla que es incompatible con esta placa, que la placa sale error con la olla, pero la olla dice que puede usar en placa eléctrica.
