This shampoo is wonderful! You don't have to use very much to get a great lather. One bottle will last for months! And I have medium length hair. Keeps my hair in excellent health.

My favorite! I've been using it for years
I truly have been using Maria Nila shampoo and conditioner for years for my dyed red hair and I will not use anything else. I have very minimal color loss when I wash my hair - which is a BIG deal. It washes our great, no residue feeling and leaves my hair very soft and healthy feeling. Thankful to have a more natural product that works fabulous.

Don't buy from this seller
I originality bought this brand while up in Wyoming last year and absolutely fell in love with it. Once it ran out, I had a hard time finding it locally so I decided to order from Amazon. It's taken me awhile to figure out that this is NOT the true brand. I'm convinced there's detergent in this bottle because it turns my very fine hair into straw immediately. At first, I thought it was just a change in my body chemistry that was reflecting in my hair health. I randomly decided to use a docent shampoo for a few weeks, and lo and behold, my hair is back to normal. Tried it once last week, just to see, and sure as **it, my hair was right back to straw instantly. This particular seller isn't selling the real Maria Nila brand, so beware. Find a reputable source instead of this overpriced laundry soap....
