Primarily hair growth, nail length, and less thin hair (I'm 26 M London) Would give 5 stars, but the amount of pills I've dropped or lost at least 2 dozen pills due to the poor packaging.... The supplement itself seems good and the tablets are easy to take. Ingredients look decent with biotin, zinc and selenium included. Only thing I didn’t like much is the packaging. A proper bottle would have been better for storage instead of the current pack. Otherwise it’s alright
