Been using these notebooks since 2009 for daily patrol notes. They fit perfectly in my uniform shirt pocket or vest pocket. Love them! I provide one to each field trainee assigned to me. I use a small spring-paperclip to keep the page to current position and to hold a Miranda card inside the front cover.

One of the most nostalgic items I've purchased from Amazon. Fifty years ago, the men in my Marine unit were required to have one in our pocket along with a black government ink pen. We entered orders, requirements, and duty schedules. Now it contains grocery lists and doctor appointments. Oh, well!

Perfect little notebook. Slips into the pocket easily. paper quality is on point. The book is very sensible.

You can write in these! Almost the exact thing as my old one from the army years ago. But who cares. I wanted notebooks to stash all manner of places to use when needed and these are it. Do not get them wet, it's paper. Can have custom leather cover made for them if you can sew thin leather on a machine but I like the look of these for some reason.

I had these when I served in the Navy. I kept important information in them, mostly girls names and addresses.....lol. I liked them then and still do today.

Same books that I used back when I was in the army, and they still serve the same purpose ... being my "brain" for all of those things that I need to remember. I prefer the side bound books like these. They're nice and small and fit into the back pocket of your jeans easily.
