SUNBA High Speed 5MP Outdoor PTZ POE+ AI IP Camera, 96X Zoom Security Dome,Deep AI, Smart Auto Tracking, RTMP Streaming, Night Vision up to 1500ft (P848, Performance Series)

I have ordered a number of speed dome video cameras from various venders over the years as a retired biologist. I enjoy doing wildlife research here in Northern California. Every manufacture has had good points and minor faults. I final ordered a Sunba Perormance 636 PTZ to monitor the Western Bluebird entrance nestbox activity near my home. The camera is well built for outdoor pole installation and was very easy to setup on my outdoor wired CAT5e network. For me, the LARGE print manual was a BIG plus. I did not have to break out my hand lens to read the setup and user manual. Furthermore, when setup at the nest location, I was taken back by the image quality. You can see individual feathers as the birds come and go from the nest box entrance. With our very warm winter so far here in California, the birds are checking out nesting cavity locations already. I did need assistance with setting up the photo trigger capture sequence needed to capture images of the Bluebirds as they come and go through the nest box hole. Robin, one of the Sunba tech representatives helped me install the required SD memory card in the camera. He even called me at home to make sure all was going well with my installation. There is email support, phone support, an 800 number, and Sumba can help with issues by computer screen sharing if desired. An appointment is needed for that service. So far, I have not needed that support. To sum things up, if you want a sturdy, will built, networked PTZ camera with the best of real-world support, I would look at this Sunda 636 PTZ camera. You will not find a better camera for the price.

I have had this installed for two weeks. Works pretty well so far. It is mounted 50, high on a tower.

Needed help getting my Camera connected to my Synology Nvr and had to factory reset some camera settings such as password issue. Reach out out to support from sunba and they got me fixed in no time. Shout out to Robin P from sunba support team good job!

This camera is Amazing ! Just what I wanted and a great price also .I have 15 acres. And I can check on every corner with the exception of barn in the way . I can see my horses at night ! I don't have to get dressed and head out to check at 2 am anymore ! The nightvision is clear enough I can tell what horse is whom . At the back of my pasture on a dark night ! I am impressed with camera ! Money well spent ! Not hard to hook up for a not so tech savvy old lady !

this camera's quality is really remarkable, monitors all activities around our house. we liked it so much that we ordered one more for our backyard.

I use this cam on my website. It is so versatile. I can point and zoom in any direction. The video quality is phenomenal. The whale watching boat in the attached video is close to 5 miles away. The customer support from Robin P. is also incredible. Quick response with simple solutions. GREAT experience.

The P636 v2 is replacing an 8 year old SUNBA 601-D20X, that was damaged by lightning. After a few days in operation, I have to say that this is a very impressive camera! The video and audio quality are astounding to me. I think that SUNBA hit it out of the ballpark with this one!

Telecamera AHD di ottima fattura, buona immagine anche notturna, gli illuminatori IR non fanno 250 metri come dichiarato ma a circa 100 metri si vede ancora. Bisogna controllare e eventualmente stringere le viti. Buona l meccanica. Consigliato l'acquisto
