This conditioner feels like it is more of a mask than the actual mask from this line lol. The downside of that is that it is very thick and difficult to dispense from the flip-open top. I just take the whole cap off every time that I use it. It is very moisturizing, makes my hair super soft and is very effective at taming my frizz! Plus, it smells great! Truly, a favorite!!

The most rich/dense hair conditioner I've ever used (and I've used them ALLLLLL). Super high quality and definitely reduces my frizz in the Texas humidity. Expensive but worth it!

Did leave my hair feeling softer and healthier, but is so expensive!! You can definitely find cheaper alternatives but besides the price, the product works as intended

I think this is my first Amazon review to ever write. But this product has made my life so much easier. I have very thick hair. If it's not freshly blown out and straightened, it becomes this weird mix of frizzy and flat. I'm 34 years old and have coped with this since my teen years by growing it out longer (so the weight helps keep it down) as well as washing and blow drying my hair every morning if I want it to look nice. So thick, frizzy, unmanageable hair, that takes a LOT of time each day, you get the picture. This is all to say that when the last hairstylist I went to recommended this line of products, I didn't expect much of anything different -- maybe something to give it a little extra sheen is all. The first thing I noticed when I finished blow drying was that my hair felt smooth and silky like I had just come from the salon. Cool! I thought. But the real dividends were how long the effects lasted. I can actually wake up the day after a hair washing day, and it looks the same. Even, the day after that. I can actually go two whole days without washing and blow drying my hair and there's no frizz! This is absolutely astounding to me. If you struggle with this at all, I can't recommend this conditioner enough -- I also use the spray leave-in conditioner right before I blow dry, and put a little of the serum (just a smidge) when I'm done and for touchups. Someone on here recommended a moisturing shampoo to go with this and so I use Redkin All-Soft Shampoo instead. I'm still dumbstruck that after all these years, something has controlled my crazy hair. Hope this helps someone -- if you've got these hair struggles, give it a try! It's literally given me a few extra hours every week. And I really do love how silky my hair feels.

I have curly to wavy hair, and this product really tames the frizz! I could tell a huge difference after the very first use.

Very good product, but you'll break your nails every time you try to pry open the bottle top of either the conditioner or shampoo, both of which are packaged in exactly the same type of bottle. Redken should know better.
