Is all parts mostly metal or mostly plastic?

The handle part is I think diecast metal with anodized coating from the handle back. It’s all plastic.

Is the decorative cover piece between the handle and the toilet tank metal as well? Fluidmaster Perfect Fit handles are metal but not the cover piece.
